Dr. Dimitrije Cabarkapa
Background
A former NCAA Division I athlete with a PhD in Exercise Physiology and deep experience in high-performance coaching and recovery. He oversees the Physical Performance department, and no programme leaves Zeta Well without his sign-off.
He holds a BS in Kinesiology and Exercise Science and an MS in Nutrition and Physical Activity, both from James Madison University, and is currently Associate Director at the Jayhawk Athletic Performance Laboratory at the University of Kansas.
Dimitrije is a working researcher as much as a practitioner. He devotes a substantial part of his time to studies that push training methodology forward, which is why the periodisation behind our programmes reflects current evidence rather than gym convention.
Yohanny Dalembert
Background
Sixty consecutive months leading performance delivery in the Montréal market with zero sidelining injuries across the coached roster. He owns the performance programme and is the first person you will speak to.
Yohanny’s foundation in sports performance comes from his own career as a professional basketball player, and from watching the preparation of his brother Samuel Dalembert, a 15-year NBA veteran, at close range.
His background spans strength and conditioning, injury prevention, recovery technique, yoga and nutrition, so clients build resilience from the inside out. He is certified in CPT, Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition and Standard First Aid / CPR / AED.
He builds science-based programming for professional athletes, white- and blue-collar professionals and public servants alike, and designs customised rehab and strength plans that adapt to post-surgical patients, injured athletes and anyone trying to raise their ceiling.
Adrienne Redka
Background
Credentials in Kinesiology (Honours BA), Accelerated Massage Therapy and Neurofunctional Acupuncture make Adrienne a leading expert in injury recovery, rehabilitation and mobility work.
She works hands-on, using myofascial release, soft-tissue mobilisation and postural correction to speed recovery and reduce pain — scheduled against training load rather than booked at random.
Adrienne has worked with top-level athletes from the NBA, NHL, NFL and OHL, which means she can optimise recovery protocols for elite performers and for the general population without treating the two the same way. She designs our return-to-play and return-to-duty pathways.
Daryl Adams
Background
Twenty years as a police officer manager and twelve years of military service. Daryl works in high-stress, mission-critical environments, and understands from the inside what mental fortitude under pressure actually requires.
His background in Search & Rescue, Tactical Operations and Criminal Investigations shaped his approach to resilience training for high-stakes professions — which is why the programme lands with public servants, first responders, executives and athletes alike.
Daryl leads stress management, mindfulness training and lifestyle coaching to help clients mitigate burnout, build coping mechanisms and hold mental clarity under pressure.
His experience across cultural diversity, Aboriginal practices and leadership training lets him tailor mental wellness strategies to a wide range of individuals and professional backgrounds.
Cory Morris
Background
A Certified Athletic Trainer, Cory is the clinical bridge between the training floor and the treatment table — the person who decides when an athlete is genuinely ready to go back in.
He oversees on-site injury management and acute care, and manages progression through the return-to-play criteria at every stage rather than signing off on feel.
Cory is the point of contact for coaching staff and organisational medical teams, keeping everybody working from the same picture of an athlete’s status.
Jessica Mantell
Background
Holding a Master of Science in Education alongside credentials as a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist, Jessica combines licensed clinical practice with education-led behaviour change.
That combination matters: knowing what someone should eat is the easy half, and getting them to keep doing it is the half that decides the outcome.
She translates diagnostic panel results into protocols people can actually follow, and owns the nutrition side of every integrated programme we run.
