Jessica Mantell is a licensed nutritionist and dietitian with advanced expertise in clinical nutrition, gut health, and individualized dietary programming. With a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami, Jessica brings a strong scientific foundation combined with hands-on experience working alongside endocrinologists, diabetes specialists, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Before joining Zeta Well, Jessica served as CEO of NextGeneration Nutrition, where she created personalized nutrition plans for clients managing chronic illnesses, weight challenges, GI conditions, and food sensitivities. Her background includes leadership in endocrinology research at the University of Miami, along with years of direct work as a clinical and performance nutritionist.
At Zeta Well, Jessica leads the development of all nutrition and dietetics programs. She oversees individualized meal planning, performance-based fueling strategies, gut health protocols, and evidence-based nutrition education for athletes, students, and professionals. Jessica’s approach blends research-driven insight with practical, realistic nutrition guidance — helping clients feel better, perform better, and sustain long-term health.
