Dr. Paulius Satkus

RPm

Dr. Paulius Satkus, RPm, leads Zeta’s Mental Health Department with deep expertise in psychological assessment, performance profiling, and data-driven mental wellness strategies. Holding a Ph.D. in Assessment and Measurement and a Master’s in Psychological Sciences with a concentration in Quantitative Psychology, Paulius brings a rare combination of scientific precision and athletic insight to Zeta.

A Registered Psychometrician and former NCAA Division I athlete at James Madison University, he competed alongside Yohanny and Dimitrije, developing a firsthand understanding of the mental and emotional demands of high-performance sport. At Zeta, Paulius designs and validates psychometric tools that measure cognitive performance, motivation, stress resilience, emotional regulation, and focus—key elements that influence both athletic and professional outcomes.

By translating psychological data into actionable insights, he helps teams and individuals identify mental strengths, uncover potential risk factors such as burnout or overtraining, and create tailored mental performance programs. Working closely with Daryl Adams, Paulius integrates evidence-based psychometric assessment with Zeta’s physical and nutritional pillars, ensuring each client’s development plan is holistic, measurable, and backed by science.

His mission is to make psychological performance as quantifiable and trainable as physical fitness—helping clients achieve peak mental readiness, stability, and long-term resilience.
