Achieving remarkable milestones as an NCAA Division I athlete, Yohanny has played high-level basketball since his mid-teens and competed professionally in leagues such as Divizia A (Romania), Pro B (France), the CEBL, and the NBL Canada. His journey has given him a deep understanding of what it takes to reach and sustain peak conditioning, elite athletic shape, and optimal performance.
His comprehensive approach spans strength & conditioning, injury prevention, recovery techniques, yoga, and nutrition—helping clients build resilience from the inside out. Certified in CPT, Strength & Conditioning, Nutrition, and Standard First Aid/CPR/AED, Yohanny designs evidence-based programs tailored for professional athletes, white- and blue-collar professionals, and public servants. His methods optimize movement, prevent injuries, and enhance physical performance.
